About
I work with individuals and couples who are looking for more than just insight — they’re looking for real change.
My work is focused on helping you understand your patterns, build structure where things feel uncertain, and develop tools you can actually use outside of sessions. Therapy is collaborative and intentional, with an emphasis on creating meaningful, lasting progress in your day-to-day life. I often work with individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, identity development, and relationship challenges, as well as couples looking to improve communication and strengthen their connection.
The goal is not just to talk, but to create clarity, direction, and momentum.
